NFC is short for Near Field Communication. Near Field Communication (NFC) technology allows users to make secure transactions, exchange digital content, and connect electronic devices with a touch and it can also be used to quickly connect with wireless devices and transfer data with Android Beam. IT is a wireless technology and as the name implies, it enables short-range communication between compatible devices. This requires at least one transmitting device, and another to receive the signal. A range of devices can use the NFC standard and will be considered either passive or active. Passive NFC devices include tags, and other small transmitters, that can send information to other NFC devices without the need for a power source of their own. However, they don’t process any information sent from other sources, and can’t connect to other passive components. Active devices are able to both send and receive data, and can communicate with each other as well as with passive devices. Smartphones are by far the most common form of active NFC device. Public transport card readers and touch payment terminals are also good examples of the technology. Just like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and all manner of other wireless signals, NFC works on the principle of sending information over radio waves. Near Field Communication is another standard for wireless data transitions. This means that devices must adhere to certain specifications in order to communicate with each other properly. Does boost mobile support an LG stylo 6?

They do but I warn you against trusting Boost Mobile!! my LG Stylo 6 was stolen, I reported it to Boost Mobile they assured me they would Blacklist the IMEI number so it couldn't be used . The person that bought my stolen phone changed all the information (they actually used their real name, their address, their email and change my pin. boost mobile has done nothing it says on the internet that my account is suspended but the phone still being used. i called customer service back to explain the situation. the rep who was supposedly helping me refused to listen or answer any of my questions,she put me on mute for over 3 minutes and then told me I was being unreasonable and she refused to help me. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor she would not transfer me she said that they would call me back. I asked her what phone number they would be calling back because the one that haven't file I do could I answer she refused to give you that information she refused to give me her employee ID number she wouldn't give me any information at all whatsoever. He said everything was confidential and she couldn't share the stuff with me. I informed her I was recording recording the call and I would be going to my nearest Boost Mobile store to file a complaint. She was upset and asked me why I didn't tell her I was recording the call, I told her because it was confidential. RUN USE ANY OTHER CARRIER, they have no concern for their customers or customer service they would just as well that my stolen phone being passed around and used by these fees then help a paying customer I will never use Boost Mobile again I am thoroughly offended by the entire thing
