delegated  accounts can ONLY BE REMOVED BY 2 METHODS :

1 - from the account which granted the delegation in Settings >> Accounts & Import >> Grant Access to Your Account   NOTE  : YOU MUST LOG DIRECTLY INTO THE ACCOUNT WHICH GRANTED THE DELEGATION USING THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD . DO NOT USE DELEGATION TO ACCESS IT   if you try use the DELEGATION access - it DOES NOT have that Accounts & Import tab for security reasons so SIGN OUT of your account , sign into the account which granted the delegation . click the gear icon in gmail >  Settings >> Accounts & Import >> Grant Access to Your Account > click the blue delete button

2 - from the email google sent the receiver of the delegated  account when the receiver accepted the delegation - there is a link in that email which says "To reject this request, please click the link below: "

if you no longer have the email and the person who granted you  the delegation will not remove it , you can try tell them that if they wont remove it then you will delete all their mail and contacts ( naughty but up to you  :-) )

if the account which granted  the delegation was deleted or cant be accessed   and you no longer have the email google sent you , there is no way to remove it

NOTE you need to sign out then in after you remove it for the change to take effect in the account which was granted delegation

How to remove delegated Gmail account

The only one that granted my account access permission to her Gmail account can remove me from her delegates list. But, I cannot contact that person anymore. Fortunately, I found a way to not receive emails sent to that account:

1. From my Gmail account web interface, search for the email which has subject like: ABC has granted you access to their Gmail account -- accept or deny? (the email that ask me to accept or reject the permission grant)

2. Then click the reject request linkin that email.

3. Refresh the GMail web page.

How to Access and Manage a Delegated Email Account in Google Mail

Google Mail allows someone to give you access to his or her account so that you can then read, send, respond to, and delete email messages on their behalf.

Try watching this YouTube video, "Setting up Gmail Delegation," for a better understanding of the process.

Note:
When someone delegates his or her account to you, you will not have access to that person’s settings, password, or Chat (instant messenger).

To access a delegated email account

Once an email account has been delegated to you (or once you have been granted access), you can begin accessing that account from your own account. To do so, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Google Mail account.
  2. Click your account photo or the circle with your first initial in it (located in the upper-right corner of the page).
  3. From the drop-down menu, select the desired delegated account. A new window or tab will open displaying the delegated account.

To manage email in a delegated account

Follow the steps under “To access a delegated email account” above. From the new window or tab that appears, you can manage the delegated account’s email like you would manage your own email.

Note:
When you send an email from a delegated account, the email will be listed as sent by that individual when a recipient sees it in his or her inbox. However, when recipients open the message, they will be able to see that you sent the message on the individual's behalf (your email address will be listed in parentheses along with "sent by" next to the delegator's name).
