Pros:The entry was a bit confusing. You enter the building, travel up to the 4th floor, where you either go right or left. One way, you are in the Hampton Inn lobby. The other, you are in the Homewood Suites. After that, everything from arrival to checkout was smooth... Cons:... except the toilet paper and facial tissue, which resembled (what I imagine) what they used in Eastern Europe before the fall of the Iron Curtain. Surely Hilton Worldwide could afford to spend a few more pennies on softer paper products. Very nice hotel. Elevator and lobby set in building is awkward. Lobby is on fourth floor. You have to enter bulldog on grand level. Ride elevator to fourth floor. Get on another set of elevator depending if you are staying at Hilton or Homeward suites then go to your room. They are two different hotels that share a lobby. Parking garage was vey diccicult to enter at rush hour. No help to direct you. Painters were painting a building next door overhead door would not open on our arrival. Not drinking the water but merely letting it touch your lips was disgusting. Close to everything we needed on our trip. Room was comfortable, the breakfast that was included had lots of choices of foods to eat, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is they didn't have enough parking - the lot was tiny and people were hogging 2 spaces with 1 vehicle and n one enforced the one sot per vehicle rule. We complained about it to the attendant and he said he would look into it but we were lucky we got a spot at all.
