(like a urinal cake) that was strong enough to make your eyes water and throat hurt. Manager wouldn't look up, speak loud enough or clearly. Wouldn't answer questions and took my card 3 separate times for deposits and fees outside of expedia. Wouldn't explain any of the fees when I asked specific questions. Went back 3 times to get my key card fixed and ask for a new card, but all she said over and over was don't touch the strip. It was broken and they wouldn't give us a new one, so finally we
gave up have an additional key and just used my husbands. We were charged a pet deposit with taxes on top of it separately, even though we booked with expedia with notes that we were bringing a dog and confirming all fees were included. it was so horrible that we checked out early after getting approval from the front desk that we'd be reimbursed for the night we weren't staying. They checked us out under a different person's room and gave us their printed receipt and never e-mailed us one. So
we don't have the proof that we checked out early, what our charges should have been, and we had multiple charges to try and fight on our card. Makes me want to steer clear of all quality inns in the future... desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The rooms have laminate flooring which eliminates odors, etc. Breakfast was great, with lots of options and different items each day. The pool was open which was a bonus! Great place to stay! The staircase was filthy somebody spilled something on it and nobody bothered to clean it. The pool area was very nice but the water was super cold. I was overcharged and charged twice and when I called to get it corrected the lady I spoke to just Told me to contact the credit card company and there’s nothing she could do.
