Pool and hot tub desperately needed cleaning. Bathroom had been repainted; mold had been painted over. Renovations were completed by very incompetent contractors!!! The bathroom, while surface clean had a lot of caulking around the tub and floor edges. Our friends TV did not work. There was a lightbulb missing from a lamp and when we went to get one the clerk took it out of a lobby lamp. She could not find one in her supplies. We have stayed there several times and this was the worse. Coffee was cold. We will spend a little extra $ and stay somewhere else next time we visit Frankenmuth. Very outdated and in need of insulation. You can literally hear every noise in the building. Blow dryers can be heard down the hall. Doors slamming, outlets didnt work. Bed had throw pillows instead of standard size pillows. Very very outdated amenities GregStayed 1 night in Dec 2022 0 6/10 OkayLoriTraveled with group Nov 30, 2022 Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities From the pictures, I thought the property would be newer than it was. The bathroom wall had mold near the ceiling, the couch had tears and holes, the bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were smaller than standard size. For the area it was in, I didn't expect much, but I didn't expect it to be that worn out either. No thermostat to control the heat, very limited tv channels and no information from the front desk about where to find the dining area. Included breakfast was nice. Everything in our room was pretty worn and the bathroom was just disgusting. There was old urine all over the toilet under and behind the seat. The sink took 20 minutes to drain, and the shower was very slow too. Next time ill just spend the extra $100 bucks and stay elsewhere. |
