They were not heavily booked and it was off season and it was only for one night. A simple courtesey could have gone a long way, but now I doubt I'll ever stay at a best western. Pros:The people were very friendly and the breakfasts were great. Cons:We booked for 2 adults and 2 children but the room was set up with towels for 3. We asked for extra towels a few days. Pros:The room, the breakfast everything Cons:there is no door on the bathroom shower so the floor gets wet very easy but other than that is fine Pros:Clean rooms and pleasant staff Cons:The guests next to me were extremely loud but once I contacted the front desk, it stopped immediately. Pros:Employees were extremely accommodating. Cons:Very far from South Beach. Pros:The place was new and very clean. The room was spacious as well. We felt safe here and it was a good deal for our money considering its spring break and all the hotel prices are raised. Cons:Too far from everything. Front desk is rude and incompetent. The maids didn't come to clean our room one day either. Breakfast is limited. Also our bathroom shower did not have a door although it was a nice marble standing shower. Pros:Clean hotel, hot breakfast and quick checkin Cons:Went to the bar at 10:30 and was told last call had already gone out, bars not supposed to close till 11 and myself and some friends just wanted a night cap.
