This Slow Cooker Sirloin Tip Roast tastes and looks amazing. And it doesn’t require any stove top cooking before putting it all into the Crockpot. What you need to make Slow Cooker Sirloin Tip Roast

What is the difference between a sirloin roast and a sirloin tip roast? What's the difference? Well, they are both boneless, despite their names. The top sirloin comes from the sirloin of the beef and is more tender. The sirloin tip, however, comes from the round and is a little tougher and leaner in its marbling.
How do you tenderize a sirloin tip roast?Place the meat onto a baking pan and cook for one hour. Open the oven every 10 minutes and use a turkey baster to cover the roast with 1/4 cup of heated beef broth to tenderize the meat further.
