If the battery is dead on Your Lexus CT200h You will need to look at Your key fob and remove the hidden key that is located on the top of the fob. There will be a button that will make this hidden/emergency key pop out and then You can use it. Depending on what model You have You may or may not have a key hole on Your trunk but if You do You can just put the key in and unlock it that way. If You don't have key hole on the truck You'll need to use the key to get inside the vehicle and then just pop the trunk like normally.

Not all CT 200h models have a footwell opening button. In these cases, to open the back door lift the 'center deck board' and just below the latch mechanism, in the car body, you'll see a small silver lever (it might be concealed by a wiring loom). Push it down and the latch will open.

There isn't one, at least not on my Lexus 2015 ct200h, I had to disconnect the battery in the trunk as the alarm was going off non stop. Anyway the hatch lid decided to close and I could not get in to reconnect the battery, (there is not a key cylinder either). Fortunately my wife who is a very flexible asian person was able to go in the back doors and climb over the seats to reconnect the battery, the alarm system reset itself and all was fine.

1. If the car battery is drained, the only way to open the trunk is by gaining access to the car with the manual key. 
   
2. Press the release on the keyfob and remove the vehicle’s manual key. 
   
3. First, check for a  keyhole in the trunk and use the key to unlock the trunk. If there is no keyhole in the trunk, you should see a keyhole in the driver’s door. 
   
   
   The cover should come off without much effort and will cause the hidden keyhole to be revealed.
   
   
4.  Put your key into the keyhole and turn it to unlock the driver’s door. 
   
5. Your car should open. 
   
6. Now that you have opened the car, press the trunk release button. If the trunk is electronically operated, it won’t unlock if the battery is dead. Pull the hood release and open the hood. 
   
   
   
   
7. Connect a jump box to the jump-starting terminals. Connect the positive (red) clamp to the positive terminal.
   
   
   
   
   
8. Connect the negative (black) clamp to an unpainted bolt on the frame. Do not connect directly to the negative battery terminal. 
   
9. Now that the vehicle is powered up insert the key in the ignition and turn it on.
   
   
   
   
   
10. Press the trunk release button. 
    

When the car battery dies on a Lexus, you won’t unlock the button by pressing the trunk release button on the key fob.
