  After a couple of contractor missteps on my part, I finally called the right contractor to do the job and that was Roberts Property Management. Over time my home had developed a number of leaks which were starting to ruin the internal structure and the interior. When Dennis Roberts came over to discuss my job, I could tell within a few minutes that this guy knew what he was doing and how to get this job done. Within one day (1 day!) of starting my job, Dennis and his crew had discovered the problem leak areas. A big part of the problem was old sliding glass doors and poor weatherproofing by previous contractors. I had sliding glass doors with half round windows above in 2 locations and a standard slider in another location. We replaced the 2 sliders but installed transoms instead of half round windows above them. The third slider was replaced by three panel window. Once we established what we needed Dennis and his crew, ordered all the materials, installed all doors and window redid all the house wrap, siding, soffit, framing, trim, drywall, paint and cleanup. Right as we were just about finished with everything, I discovered new leak areas on the ceiling and chimney. In spite of a very busy schedule, Dennis and the guys stayed on to do the additional work which required a new chimney cap, and new skylight. One of his guys even came by to check for water tightness during a rain storm. Finally! No more leaks! After five or more years of worrying about water damage I now have peace of mind. I can't thank RPM enough for all the work they did. These guys know their stuff! They were professional, punctual, friendly, and efficient. One of the best parts of the job was that Dennis was always easy to get a hold of and very easy to talk to. If I had any questions or concerns, Dennis explained everything very clearly plus I always knew what the schedule was and where we were on my job. Next time I need work done on my place, I won't think twice about RPM. I love being able to call just one contractor who I now know and trust to take care of whatever I need to get done

• The windows arrived much earlier than anticipated which was great (within 4 weeks instead of 6 to 8). Jay and Joe arrived early and had all 9 windows installed within 1 day. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and well skilled. They were also clean and did a fabulous job. We had 40 to 60 mph winds and heavy rain in Dover yesterday and the temperature dropped from the 70s to 52. I have already noticed a difference in the temperature of the house and the energy efficiency. I have also noticed the house is quieter, I don't hear outside traffic or neighborhood noises. "Wanted to match the two new windows installed during Kitchen renovation 11 yrs prior. Initially called a local company who sent out a rep, did a quick walk-thru, scheduled another person to come and measure for estimate, who never showed. After calling and reschedule, still a no-show. I then contacted Andersen Corporate in MN, who recommended Advance. What an amazing difference! Matt Skibiki arrived when promised, very professional and knowledgeable. Impressed us as a gentleman who was very familiar with all aspects of the job. After expressing our displeasure with the manner in which the two windows were trimmed outside from our prior renovation, he assured us that their work would be nothing like that. He contacted us with their estimate shortly thereafter, with a personal promise from Gary the owner that we would be very impressed with their workmanship or they would make it right, which was documented in our contract. Gary Craig then came and measured for the order, another great guy, obviously very experienced and professional, indicating that our inside trim would be left intact unless they found some bad wood. Amazing! We were forewarned up front that the order would take months, totally understood especially during the supply-chain issues in today’s world……heck, we’d been waiting 32 years, what’s a few months…..! Megan had to reschedule us a couple times for weather issues, but the big day finally came on the coldest day in 3 years! The install crew arrived punctually that morning, Cory, Mark, & Ray, more great, professional, and courteous guys! What a team!! They worked like a well-oiled machine, really put us at ease regarding the outside trim, and did IMPECCABLE work!! In bitter cold no less. These guys did not mess around, were so friendly, and did really craftsman-like work, cleaned everything up, even removed the film and stickers from the glass. Just can’t say enough. We don’t even need to paint the inside trim, just amazing. And outside is very tastefully trimmed out……totally transformed our house-just incredible! WE’re SO glad we found Advance, and will be calling them again. I apologize if I left anyone out, rest assured that everyone we had contact with throughout the entire process was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. "We are very happy with our updated bathrooms. RPM's team did a wonderful job. Their work ethics are commendable. Always started work promptly, made sure that the area was clean [used fans to make sure drywall dust was contained] when finished as when the work started. You can see their fine workmanship in the end result. And, an all around nice group of guys to work with. Throughout the project Tony kept us well informed of the progress and the status of each bathroom as time went on. He would include pictures if necessary, so there would no misunderstanding of any issue. And fortunately, there were not many issues. We would also get pictures of the progress so we could get an idea of how well they were doing and see how nice things were turning out. Before the project could start, Dennis brought in their subcontractor plumber (The Plumbing Doctor) to evaluate the home's plumbing. It was recommended that we have new plumbing put in the home before proceeding with any bathroom renovation. We had a type of plumbing (poly-B) that was no longer used and had high chance of cracking and ultimately could destroy your home with water. We had other contractor's confirmation that this is what we had and to definitely have it replaced. The re-plumb went well and I commend Sean and his team for doing a great job. Then the pretty stuff could start. And with their own expertise, Tony, Bill and Brian gave us the end result. I have three beautiful bathrooms !!

"In a few words: timely, responsive and top-notch professional service. The installed Pella product has performed magnificently through the first year's worth of weather as one would expect given their long-standing reputation. We did have one issue, but it turns out to be the primary reason I am on here writing such a positive review. Almost a year after our installation, we had a tremendous driving rainstorm which caused a pretty decent amount of water to leak inside our foyer from the large window above our entry door. Despite it being past 9 pm on a weekend night, our Pella rep answered my call and sprung into action for us. We had a crew onsite first thing Monday morning to assess damage and come up with a repair plan. The foreman took control of the situation and assumed full responsibility to get it ALL fixed. Later on, it was determined that installation was unlikely to be the cause of the leak. Some aged and cracked caulking that once sealed the flashing above the window was likely the culprit. Nonetheless, Pella and KC Company stood with us and never once wavered on getting everything repaired per our warranty. And it is now just about back to mint condition. These guys stand by their work no matter what! And that is so rare these days. I assure you I am a very picky consumer - and I highly recommend Pella / KC window Co.
