Unsafe- homeless were in
the building, waited and accosted us as we left the restroom. 2. The noise from a night club was over whelming into all hours of the night. 3. We were evacuated in the middle of the night with absolutely no guidance or communication from the staff. 4. The pool area was unkept and not as described. 5. We were advised by many Uber/ Lift drivers to not walk to or from the hotel due to the unsafe conditions in and around the hotel. This was unnerving and frankly upsetting as the cost was not what I
would call inexpensive. As I told the hotel, I would ask for a refund if it were an option. Very unhappy. facilities The check in was very pleasant. However we were unaware of the parking options with valet being the only on property parking available. Upon checking into our room we discovered that we had no cold or cool water in either the faucet or shower. The air duct vent was extremely loud and every five to ten minutes all night we could hear extremely loud clanking noises. The television in our room had no service for a few hours and we were
told a maintenance tech would stop by and we would be compensated for the inconvenience however neither occurred. The pillows were extremely thin and our sheets were stained.
