that there was no parking at the hotel. The front desk staff never told me anything about breakfast hours. They put me in a room right above the breakfast room and I was awakened by chairs scraping back-and-forth on the floor below me all morning. I the drain in the bathroom sink would not stay up in the water kept filling up and not draining. Traveled with partner, Traveled with family Aug 23, 2022 We were not able to check in until after an hour of when you are allowed to due to our room being not ready. We reserved a balcony with city views and was given a sea level "patio" with a building on every side. Being in the basement we were right next to where all staff comes everyday and laundry service - was unable to sleep after 3 am because doors and banging. Woke up for breakfast and was met with no food - and one option of juice that no one else wanted. Hotel
location was okay - but no parking near and the amount to pay on website is inaccurate. Very disappointed for a 30th birthday stay... is very small, and the area is very noisy! Start 5:30 am, you can hear the traffic! The breakfast is okay, but the restaurant is too small! The location is good, close to Brooklyn bridge and subway station! The staff is very nice, and helpful!
