Your refrigerator comes with a state-of-the-art electronic digital control system. The system's control panel is located at the top of

the the fresh food compartment.

The two digital displays on the left half of the control panel indicate the current settings or temperatures of your freezer and fresh

food compartments. The models with a 2-digit temperature display are for reference only, and do not display the current accurate

compartment temperature. Should you desire to see what the current accurate temperature is, place a separate thermometer

inside the freezer or fresh food compartment in the desired location.

tEmPERAtURE ADjUStmENt

To adjust the temperature to a higher or lower setting,

press the Up (Cold) or Down (Colder) button closest

to the display. The first time you press the button, the

display shows current setting you entered. Each press

of the button after that changes the setting by one.

The display shows your new setting momentarily, then

changes back to the current temperature.

If tEmPERAtURE DISPLAYS fLASH...

If ever you see both temperature displays continuously flashing, it may

indicate that the control system has detected a performance problem. Call

your service representative, who can interpret the flashing message.

To maintain temperatures, a fan circulates air in the refrigerator and freezer

compartments. For good circulation, do not block cold air vents with food

items.

BEFORE YOU START

Set up your refrigerator
Remove tape and glue residue from surfaces before turning on the refrigerator. Choose a place near a grounded electrical outlet, allowing for clearances for ease of installation, proper circulation, and plumbing and electrical connections.

Before operating for the first time
After you remove all of the package materials, clean the inside of your refrigerator before using it. See CARE AND CLEANING in your Use & Care Manual.

YOU’RE IN CONTROL

Your appliance control display*
We recommend you set your temperatures at 37°F (3°C) for the refrigerator compartment and 0°F (-18°C) for the freezer. After 24 hours, you can adjust the control as desired, allowing the temperature to stabilize.
*Control display varies by model. See the Use & Care Manual for more detailed information about your appliance.

EXTERNAL DISPENSER CONTROL DISPLAY

Prior to grocery shopping, we recommend you activate Freeze Boost to freeze your food faster.
The ice maker makes ice until the ice bin is full. Press and hold Ice Maker for 3 seconds to turn it on/off.
Connect allows connection between your refrigerator and the Frigidaire 2.0 App via your Wi-Fi enabled mobile device.
Press and hold for 3 seconds to enable/disable the appliance control display.
Press either + or — to adjust to desired temperature setting inside the refrigerator or freezer compartment. Adjusting Temp illuminates until you reach the desired temperature(s).
Power Outage illuminates and alert sounds after a power outage ends until you reset it by pressing any button.
Door Open illuminates and alert sounds if the door is open 5+ minutes until you close the door.
°F/°C allows you to switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C).
Replace Water Filter or Replace Air Filters illuminates when it’s time to change the filters, generally every 6 months.
Prior to grocery shopping, we recommend you activate Chill Boost to cool your food faster.

INTERNAL DISPENSER CONTROL DISPLAY

Select compartment for temperature change (FREEZER or REFRIGERATOR). Press either the + or — to adjust to desired temperature setting.
Freezer temp – Control temperatures range from -6°F / -21°C to +6°F / -15°C.
Refrigerator temp – Control temperatures range from +34°F / +1°C to +44°F / +7°C. This unit is designed to operate at 37°F Refrigerator/0°F Freezer. Temperatures should stabilize within 24 hours of installation.
Clear Alerts resets any alarms that are active and illuminated on the display (Door Open, High Temp, Power Outage).

Your internal water dispenser is located in the left hand refrigerator door. To use the dispenser simply hold the door with one hand while placing your cup under the nozzle and pushing the paddle to dispense water with your other hand.
