The order went perfect. I got it in time . I didn't have any difficulties or problems and the right part was sent . You know I ordered a left rear regulator and that's what I received. I couldn't have done it without the videos. they are so easy and straight forward. Private ones on you tube sometimes can just talk too much and just want you to hear them talk about nothing. The price was right and went in easer than I thought. This was my 1st time doing it. I looked at the video 5 times. It took me 1 hour from start to finish taking my time. Written instructions I used too, valuable. I went to auto school in college, one semester, and didn't learn anything. I want to see all 4,000 of your videos and of course buy more of your products. So far, three weeks on, there have been no issues. The installation was simple thanks to the video on the site. The motor does seem to be slower then the oem unit and it has a slightly louder sound, but nothing that is detrimental. If, or when another regulator fails, I will be sure to order from 1A.

My initial order was lost in transit somewhere between UPS claiming delivery to USPS, and USPS claiming no receipt. When I notified 1aAuto of the problem, they that day shipped the missing items via 2nd day air. Great customer service! The parts fit (although not in the exact fashion shown on their youtube video) and worked as promised. I have ordered from them again and would recommend them.

Both rear windows of our 2005 Jeep Liberty failed a week apart. The Window Regulators supplied were a "snap" to install. The time for me was approx. an hour (1) each. I recommend if one window fails replace them both. Great service from 1A Auto!! Happy Customer, MPR

Having paid a dealership to repair these notorious Jeep Liberty window regulator problems a few times, my wife & I decided to order this and tackle the installation ourselves after watching your videos. It took us a couple of hours, but we got it installed and working. Next time, we think we can do it in about an hour. Now, I withheld a star on the rating because the quality of the part won't be determined for a quite some time. If it's still working in a couple of years, I'd definitely bump it up.

Unit does not fit my 2006 Jeep. sent me a replacement for defective part, replacement does not fit, did I say does not fit my Jeep. They are trying to resolve this issue and going to send me another from another location. I need one that fits my 2006 Jeep Liberty. they are trying but I seriously the guaranteed fit will be found with the New re designed and improved regulator. five stars for effort and one star for a non working regulator.

I use 1A Auto exclusively on my old junk heap cars. Removing the old factory window regulators, and installing the 1A ones just keeps getting easier. A little practice goes a long way. The 1A Auto regulators never go bad. They are simpler than the factory types, which I think makes them more reliable. I always recommend 1A Auto to everyone. Their prices are very competitive, too.

Second one I bought, the rear passenger one went bad 2 years ago so I knew the quality was there, and the ease of install was already a given. This is something anyone can do your self. Just watch the video and you will be done in 40 minutes, replace both in an hour because youl Have the hang of it. The other ones gonna go eventually. Just do it.

Bought the part. Received it in good time. Tried installing. It was the wrong part. Called 1A. They replaced it with the supposed right part. It took three weeks to arrive. I had been without an operating window for over a month. The right part didnt fit either. The slide and the connector were designed and made wrong. I had to make a jury rigged adjustment to install it. It now operates the window but it sticks going up and coming down. Probably due to the poor design and manufacture. I figure Ill let it operate until it fails then replace it with a real Jeep part. I wouldnt use 1A for anything in the future. If I win the $500 certificate Ill donate it to 1As purchasing department so they can find better vendors. I would give them no stars if the site would accept that rating.

OEM fit and function. Easy to install, I added a little grease to the window slide to help in the raising and lowering of the window. That helped with the traction of the window. Used the DIY video which was perfect!

The bottom plastic where the window is supposed to get clipped in does not stay in place. I've taken apart 3 times now to put back on. Can't roll window up all the way without ball on bottom of window popping back out.

My jeep had the common problem of throwing out the window gear system in the rear motor due to a poor design. This replacement design is much better than stock and works like its brand new. 1 A did a great job of providing clear and easy instructions to follow. clip that holds regulator kept popping off - used original and it worked - for awhile - now it popped off after 4 months and have to take it all apart again to fix. Am replacing with the original type part.

Couldn't be happier - exact fit and function. The only thing to be cautious about is to be sure that the ball stud on the lift track is fully engaged into the window track before you button everything up (installation technique - not product defect)!
