It's hard to make a good baked mac, as when you make the delicious cheese sauce and put it in the oven the cheese inside can get lumpy or dry. I personally love a thick but still creamy cheese sauce even after it's baked. This recipe has mastered the perfect consistency in my opinion and is great for any occasion. If you follow this recipe you will have the creamiest mac and cheese even after reheating on another day cheese stays creamy and not dry. Show
