Cheapest long arm kit you can get for a Jeep Cherokee. A few things to consider tho. The joints included are junk, many people complain about them and they don't last long. Currie makes joints that will thread right in and fit perfectly. They're the best joints on the market and I've already replaced mine with them, they're also $50 a piece so factor that in. Next the crossmember is a 1 size fits all kinds deal. Depending on youre transmission mount, the transmission will be offset to one side. For me it's to the right, this can mess with your transfer case linkage and make it hard to shift into 4hi. However There are kits that remedy this by completely changing how the linkage works. Lastly it might cause your exhaust to hit on the transmission bellhousing and on the crossmember; mine does and I'll probably get the exhaust reworked for fit better soon.

This was such a great kit and a good deal. Everything lined up perfectly. The only problem I had was drilling the Holes for the cross member reinforcement brackets. I couldn’t get it exactly perpendicular to the side of the unibody rail but my rock sliders being in the way probably didn’t help. And the third hole in the very front on the bottom of the same bracket isn’t threaded. So you will have to tap your own. Other than that it’s been great.

In the middle of installing the kit somethings I think they could changed would be:
hardware labeling, bigger bolts for the crossmember as most all of them are old threads and strip easily especially with same size hardware, and it would be nice with the price you pay for the kit if it would come with the drill bits needed to drill the frame I just spent half a day tracking down the right bits and still have to wait to get the largest one in the size I need

Love it. Wish I held out for the black kit, mines grey. Did a ton of research before selecting this kit. A lot of negativity regarding this kit, I don't know why. The kit is quality, beefy and the hardware is nice. The joints are nice, I used marine quality waterproof grease.
