In that episode he and Jesse spends all weekend cooking meth and then when they get to the doctors his doctor tells him that his cancer has gone into remission. Next scene he's in the bathroom punching the paper towel dispenser, why is this?

(spoilers!)Because of frustration. He thought he will die of cancer and he wanted to do the most amazing life-ending shit ever but it was going to do it for some seasons until he dies.

He made the decision to cook meth (and the consequences that came along with it) because he had cancer and wanted to leave his family money after he died. After he found out he was going to live he was angry he did it for nothing.

He liked the sense power cooking meth gave him and accepted that his goal was to do well with it and then die. After finding out he was going to live he was angry that he had no excuse to continue breaking the law when he had already grown accustomed to it.
