I love the ability to switch the grill grates out with Weber-made options. I also got the Weber crafted flat top grill which is great for grilling smash burgers.Shipping this item is risky. It’s a large and very heavy box. Mine came bang up after being stuck at an Amazon shipping facility for 3 weeks. The rubber bumpers on the lid that help the lid close softly we’re damaged during shipment. Weber customer service was quick to send out replacement parts free of charge. Amazon was zero help with the damaged parts or the delayed shipment (even though it was hand delivered by an Amazon truck). Reviews with images

grill, with even more wonderful features than I could imagine. it even has a place for a wok. lots of storage, and I love the quality, its nice and sturdy. I managed to put it together by myself, and it took me about 4 hours. the manual suggest 11/2 hours. This is the second Weber Genesis I've owned, although this one is much nicer than the last. Reviewed in the United States on August 8, 2022 One of the concerns I had about ordering this grill from Amazon instead of a local hardware store was that I would have to assemble it myself. But the assembly only took a bit under two hours, was relatively straight-forward, and I had the confidence that it was done with care. As far as the product itself, you’re getting the high quality you expect with a Weber. Glad I got the one with the sear zone—not just for the beautiful sear marks, but it creates an extra hot zone if you need it for anything you need to cook at a high temperature. Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2022 I love the “plug and play” feature of this grill with the Weber craft insert. One grill allows you to do everything you can do in your indoor kitchen with the added bonus of searing (which is difficult in your indoor kitchen). I only wish the Weber craft items are more readily available. We were able to find the craft wok easily but the flat top grill took over a month to ship from the only place I found online who was selling them! The rotisserie works really well too. I have to say that after a few days of using - I'm in love. It heats up quickly and I made everything from grilled green beans to burgers to steaks and hot dogs for my family as we got together over this Holiday. The heat was evenly spread out and I could follow directions on the internet on ideal timings on the grill for each and every type of food on the grill.
