I was even more disappointed at the fact that when contacting the seller to get help they told me that I can’t send it back and get a new one even though it’s them who gave me such a low quality product. When it comes to assembly, you are not assembling a bed, you are BUILDING a bed. You're going to need a bottle of wine, a drill with a bit extender, about 3 hours, and a creative assortment of swear words. Will you be sore the next day? Yes. Will it be worth it? Yes. Reviewed in the United States on August 23, 2021 This bed frame did take about 5-6 hours to put together as other reviewers mentioned, but this did not bother me. I did not find the instructions difficult to understand, which some others mentioned. They seemed pretty straightforward if you are good at visual instructions/diagrams and if you take the time to be sure you have the correct part in the correct orientation. I did purchase two additional plates and screws to add extra strength to where the running boards join at the foot of the bed - the kit comes with plates & scres for where they join at the head. My only grievances are that the right-side running board was slightly warped and I could not make it sit flush with the running board at the end of the bed, and one of the support slats was cut about 1/4" too short. Some steps may have been easier with another person, but I am a small woman and managed it all on my own. Overall, I am satisified with this piece and recommend it to the visually-inclined who enjoy the process of putting an item together. It looks great! Reviewed in the United States on September 26, 2022 Multiple parts came broken, I used some of my own screws and brackets to reinforce the broken pieces, as I'd already spent 2 hours assembling 70+ screws and didn't want to go back. I've assembled many beds before and followed the instructions exactly. The bed broke the first night I assembled it. All I did was sit on the edge of the bed and one of the support beams cracked right down the middle. I'm 105 pounds. Going to be requesting a refund - not a sturdy bed at all. Annoyed that I have to now disassemble the bed that I spent HOURS assembling, repackage, and drop off the very heavy package at UPS to receive a refund. So not worth my time and energy and absolutely ridiculous. Should be paid for the hours wasted on this item. Still waiting to hear back from the company about a

I didn’t bother to look at the reviews until after I ordered it and I saw that other mentioned missing pieces and how difficult it was to assemble. But I figured I would still give it a shot. All in all it’s a nice bed but not worth the money or the 3.5 hours of my life lost to assembling this thing. It’s beautiful and sturdy. make sure you’re assembling your pieces on a soft surface like a carpet or blanket, I have a pretty big scratch on mine, but I think it’s my fault. Also, make sure you screw the spindles in tightly so they don’t rattle. Mine rattled at first so I tightened them a bit and it fixed it |
