Emailed tech support received one email response in broken english. Responded to their email and haven't heard from them since. DO NOT BUY!!! We assembled the unit (easy) and it didn't work. We contacted the manufacturer through Amazon, and it took a few days to hear back from them. However, the told us to get a repair person out and they would pay the bill. We did that, and it was a simple wire that had come loose. We gave them a snapshot of the bill, and they immediately credited our card. It was simple and painless!! We are currently enjoying a ton of ice!! Highly recommend this product!! I hooked up a descaler and whole house filter to it and the ice just keeps coming. I purchased this unit to replace a commercial unit costing thousands more. It makes more than I need, and if biz requires, I'll buy another !! I ended up hiring a total of 3 professional technicians and they all said that the compressor was overheated. I then requested to return the machine and I’ve sent over videos and pictures as they requested but they ended up never replying back or saying anything ever again. Strongly advise to not buy this machine as their “customer support” will not help you if you have any problems. I’m told it’s From Shanghai and there’s nobody to talk to and Customer Service. Do not buy this I’ve maker! $2100.00 and I have no support. No way of changing the temperature to Fahrenheit only reads in Celsius. No customer service just through email! Would not recommend this product. How do I reset my commercial ice maker?Resetting the power should prevent the ice machine from stopping at the same number of cycles as it did before the repair. Resetting the power twice by pushing and holding down the power button until all lights on the circuit board power on and off. After doing this two separate times, restart the machine.
Why won't my commercial ice maker make ice?Check the water level isn't too high or low. If the water levels are too low, your machine won't be able to deliver large amounts of high-quality ice. And if the water level is too high then you'll have the opposite problem.
