  • Vitamin B12 is an essential micronutrient your body needs to give you energy and help metabolize fat. This vitamin also plays a role in the function of your brain, heart, blood, and nervous system.

  • You get vitamin B12 from the foods you eat like meat, fish, and dairy products or from dietary supplements. However, if you don’t get enough of the vitamin, it can lead to a vitamin B12 deficiency

• Fat Burning Shots - Lipotropic Injections $20.00 each

  • Lipotropic substances help your body break down and metabolize fat. They also support the removal of fat from your body by your liver and ensure excess fat is metabolized rather than stored.

  • Examples of lipotropic compounds include methionine, inositol, and choline. Methionine is an amino acid, and inositol and choline are cofactors. These substances work together to mobilize and eliminate fat deposits.

• Semaglutide (Wegovy): $450 / month

  • Medical consultation

  • Four to six injections of Wegovy (one injection per week)

• Electrocardiogram - ECG $25.00

  ECG is required for anyone joining the weight loss program that’s 50 years or older.

• Labs $50.00

  Labs are required for anyone joining the weight loss program. CMP, TSH and Lipid panel must be done within a year. You have 30 days to bring in labs, or we can do labs at our office for $50.00.
