Grand Park’s 4th of July Block Party returns IN-PERSON with a spectacular celebration packed with fun for the whole family. This year’s party will feature a series of interactive multi-media art works in tribute to those who have contributed to the spirit of the Grand Park experience as the Park for Everyone, and will showcase a dynamic retrospective of the last 10 years. The event features food, music, the return of two stages featuring DJs as well as musical performances, dancing, as well as other surprises and dazzling fireworks over Jerry Moss Plaza at The Music Center. Join the annual Santa Monica 4th of July Parade presented by The Ocean Park Association! The parade is scheduled for Wednesday, July 4th. The parade theme will be a celebration of 'Bringing Communities Together.' The parade kicks off promptly at 9:30 am at the corner of Pico & Main Streets. Join anywhere along the Main Street route and make your way to the beach down Barnard Way. The official grandstand announcement locations are TBA. The entire parade route and some streets leading to it will be closed to vehicle traffic all morning long, until 12 pm. Public parking can be found at the Civic Center Lot and beach lots.

The Exchange Club is Culver City's premier service organization, and the annual Fourth of July Fireworks Show has been one of its major fundraisers for over 50 years. The Culver City celebration is happening on July 3rd giving you an early start on the Independence Day holiday. The gates will open at 4 pm, and the fireworks will start after dark. The style of fireworks will be slightly different this year to make sure that safety is a priority. Entry fees will be $15 per car (for the parking) and $5 per head (for the show.) There will be food trucks, space for picnic blankets.

With the return of the July 4th parade this Independence Day, The Yogurt Shoppe will continue the decades-long tradition of sponsoring the "Kids on Bikes" unit in the July 4th parade and the "Best Decorated Bike/Scooter Contest" for local Palisades kids. Participants are encouraged to decorate their bikes and come to the parade assembly point for "Kids on Bikes" at 1 pm on July 4th for the opportunity to enter the Best Decorated Bike/Scooter Contest.

The Rose Bowl Stadium, recognized as home to one of the nation’s largest and longest-running shows to celebrate America’s birthday, will host its Annual AmericaFest Celebration on July 4th. Parking opens at 1 pm, door opens at 5:30 pm and the event starts at 7 pm. Rose Bowl is known as having the biggest fireworks show in Southern California.

Join Huntington Beach at an all-day, family-friendly 4th of July celebration. The parade is one of the “largest Independence Day parades". The massive parade, which dates back to 1904, starts at 10 am. This two-hour procession moves along Main Street and features dozens of floats, marching bands, and celebrity guests.
After the parade, enjoy some food, live entertainment, and shopping stalls at Pier Plaza Festival, next to the Huntington Beach Pier. Festivities last from 10 am to 9 pm through the whole 4th of July weekend. Runners can also enjoy the Surf City Run 5k on the morning of July 4th.
A spectacular fireworks display tips the 4th of July celebrations in Huntington Beach. The pyrotechnic show features about 1,300 rounds of fireworks that are launched over the Huntington Beach Pier at 9:00 pm.

An easy viewing area is at Santa Fe Springs Athletic Fields located at 9720 Pioneer Blvd. This viewing area will be available beginning at 8:00 p.m. and offer the same great view of the fireworks show as the main event site at Los Nietos Park. Just take your chairs, and blankets. Barbeques, canopies, and umbrellas are not allowed in the firework viewing areas. The grand finale will be a Fireworks Spectacular at 9:00 p.m.
