Needs serious work. Ever since the last update back in March, every time I try to log in, I get messages that the connection is slow even if I have full 4G service and will only go all the way through to my accounts page about half the time after multiple attempts. Once in, everything works fine so it seems to be an issue with their sign in process. It seems like a common issue looking at reviews so it really should be addressed.

The Bank App pretty good some of the time. It will sometimes stall with a blackout glitch when trying to open to view my balances & transactions from checkings or savings. It can be kind of be frustrating when you need to check it before making any financial decisions to purchase and item in real time or make a sudden purchase. If all possible maybe have a program specialist check into the glitch or causing error. Thank you.

The last major update really improved the app. Provides the information I need about my account and can make transfers. Also lets me filter the transactions making it more user friendly. Haven't tried the deposit checks feature but that is a big plus too. Sometimes I have an issue logging on with my fingerprint after not logging on in a while; takes a bit longer or have to use password but then works again. Overall works very well, and I'm happy.

I have a business account and a personal account at the same Credit Union and it won't let me load both accounts on the app. And it won't let me re-load the app separately. So that means I have a choice of being able to Monitor, deposit Etc my business account or my personal account. Not really a big deal I guess but a little frustrating I would think they could fix this.

I used to love this app, but ever since the new year its been all kinds of messed up!! January wouldn't show all purchases made, or the correct information, and now its not running properly and keeps shutting down.

screens flashes and refreshes so you can't scroll thru your transactions. login text missing is missing or comes and goes. only good thing about this app is the ability to deposit checks.

To perform a Mobile Deposit, you must have an HRCCU checking account, be enrolled in Online Banking, and have our Mobile Banking App downloaded. Once you have confirmed you have these items, please use the following instructions: *Processing occurs Monday – Friday throughout the day until 5 pm. Deposits post to member accounts within 2-3 hours. The first $200.00 is available within 2-3 hours of processing time (the rest is on a 2 business day hold). Maximum deposit amount is $2,5000 per day. There is no limit on the number of daily
