Absolutely horrendous app. Most notably, the mobile deposit feature is the biggest pile of garbage used in a long time. I tried about 30 times to deposit a check. Tried different lighting, angles, backgrounds. Cleaned my lens, smoothed the check, restarted the app. Nothing worked, and I kept getting different errors! As someone who isn't near a union, and during peak coronavirus, the fact that I can't deposit my paycheck is absolutely infuriating. Will be switching where I keep my money ASAP.

App worked fine until very recently. Now just shows white screen and endless attempt to login in. Prior to error, I was able to communicate with member services, pay bills online, transfer funds, monitor transactions. Could take a picture of check to deposit. Too several days- that was only downfall until last week. Hoping the issue will resolve in very best future so I can continue banking at my fingertips.

Why have the option to link an external bank, which you took my money from to verify but didn't deposit it into this account, only for me not to be able to use said external bank? I applied this option so don't have to keep going my other bank to withdraw money once a month to pay your loan on Saturdays so I have to get up early and can fully rest on my weekends. Hey but you finally got the biometrics working right, yea.
