Terrible experience. The project started April 2021 and currently not complete as of Match 2022. Absolutely no communication. The only time anything gets done is when they want to sign the contract.

If you are planning to get impact windows this season.. do not try this company. We have been in the process for one year already and installation has not been completed, customer service is not attentive and they do not follow up. The windows arrived in a different color and we will not have the patio door screen due to company’s mistake. For many reasons would not recommend.

Although the lead time for the windows and doors were very long, it was no fault of Lock Tight. When the windows arrived, they were installed quickly and professionally. Not only does the house look much nicer, the house stays cooler and outside noise has significantly decreased. Mike McManus came by afterwards to inspect the completed work. I was very pleased that Locktight sent out an installation supervisor after my new windows were installed. Mike McManus came out to thoroughly inspect the work, noted anything that needed to be corrected and assured me it would be done in a timely fashion. Amidst all the craziness of Covid-19, LockTight Windows and Doors was able to get me a timely quote, demonstration, and ultimately an extremely competitive deal on high-grade highly rated windows for my entire home. Additionally LockTight Impact Windows and Doors assisted me in obtaining financing for this project. Through this project I had to deal with an unexpected refinance unrelated to the window project. Their touch up crew was able to return to the house and paint and touch up and sections that were modified for the window install a service that most installers do not provide.

Ultimately, LockTight Impact Windows and Doors provided the service they claimed to offer from day 1 and followed through with it! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for wonderful impact windows!

DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE this company. Horrible customer service, the work is not done on time. I placed my order for windows 12.06.2020. Today is 12.06.2021 and my install is not completed. During the install they burst a plumbing pipe, took them a whole year to get a the windows in, incomplete, where they even made me wait for a window screen for over 4 months, when the material can be bought at a local hardware store. First, I want to comment on my installation group led by a gentleman named Joel. This team worked extremely hard and professionally. They actually finished the job ahead of schedule which is unheard of in this area. Joel kept the entire team engaged at all times making sure that when a team was needed to accomplish a difficult task they were all informed of the need. When that group task was complete he immediately assigned tasks to each individual. Kudos to the entire group.

Second, I want to

comment on the inspection performed by Mike McManus. He arrived on time, performed the inspection professionally, and informed me how the remainder of the process would proceed. When a discrepancy was discovered, he took the time to remedy the situation on sight.

Overall experience 4 stars. This 5 star review is for my most recent service call performance by Shawn.

I got the ES windows installed last October after a long wait for the windows and parts to come in (they come from South America.) The installation took a couple months because the first set of balance rods that came with the order were the wrong size and then they sent defective ones the second time so I had to wait for the right size to arrive. I’m grateful to Billy who advocated on my beha

lf as this was a manufacturing issue.

Fast forward almost a year later and 3 out of the 4 back windows wouldn’t stay completely open (again a balance rod issue.) Due to shipping delays it was another couple months before the parts came in and the service call was made.

The windows look great and I am happy with the finished product. Today Shawn was on time, friendly and efficient. He was in and out and the windows are working well. Let’s hope that 3rd time is a charm for the balance rods!

Quickly contacted; however, they stated they are not taking small projects. They state on their site they «proudly support our local Military and First Responders» but turned me away. They go on to say on their site their mission is to «protect your homes and families.» I guess they don't stand behind what they say. I get if they are busy, but at least say that on the site so I don't waste my time either. Oh well.

We contracted with LTIWD on January 7, 2021 to replace all of our windows and doors. Andrew Ursache did an excellent job with his presentation, knowledge and competitive pricing. Buyers Beware…get three quotes and ask who ALL the Suppliers are. Personally go and compare the quality of the doors and windows and compare prices and the various levels of quality of impact doors and windows the suppliers have in their floor inventory. It’s YOUR money so don’t just count on their word. *If using YGreen to finance your purchases because you have to, get the Amortization schedule before you sign or have the means to pay it off in one year or before. Sign contract 10/12/2020 they started installation 6/8/21, cut and pulled out all my alarm cable I had to pay for re-install of a new ADT system. They installed a wrong see through door smaller than my original door and are refusing to change it and repair the damages to my front entrance that is causing a dangerous situation. We hired this company to install hurricane proof windows. We agreed on a contract signed it and then moved on with the purchase and installation. When the windows arrived we noticed that the half moon windows were not the correct windows that were stated on our contract. when we contacted the company they told us we had signed for those specific windows that arrived. lucky my husband scans and keeps all contracts.   Its important to note that we install over 100 projects per month and there are bound to be issues that come up or accidents that happen that we cannot avoid, however we always do the right thing and do right by the customer.

Over promise, under deliver is the best way I can describe my experience. The project started November 2020 and currently not complete as of June 1st. Absolutely no communication. The only time anything gets done is if I harass them. The product seems to be great but the install has been an absolute nightmare. If you want to have to micromanage a project this is your company, otherwise I would go with somebody else.

Replaced all windows and 2 patio doors with LockTight. So far, the experience has been terrific. Their work recently passed inspection and we are now awaiting final «punch out» completion (installing window and door trim, repairing stucco from removal of accordians, painting, calking, etc). My home was built in the 70s with the old school crank windows that constantly was leaking the cool air from in the home to the outdoors. I contacted lock tight to receive an estimate for brand new impact windows in the house, they came together with some very competitive pricing and excellent customer service. They came by and installed the new windows and they look GREAT. I highly recommend Lock Tight to anyone in search of new windows!

We recently had the window portion of the installation completed and it went very well. The windows look great we are so happy with them! The crew was friendly and professional. Installation was professionally completed. I paid in full when I should have waited as I am still waiting for my front window screen. The one brought was to big. Was informed it only cost $20, who cares it was part of the agreement. I have called numerous times and promised it would be installed but as of 4/10 no screen. HOA and City Permits were dealt with by LockTight's professionals and approvals received on a timely basis.
