are extremely rude and not accommodating. The common areas feel very unsafe this time. I have been to this resort 5 times in the last 2 years and this will be my last time. The waitstaff near the VIP beach are dismissive and don't pay attention. My husband and I had to figured out what to do while staying at lifestyle. The only good thing about the resort was the food at the buffet. The restaurants are horrible. We were booked at 9pm at the Italian restaurant and they closed at
10pm. When asked to give me 5 minutes to look at the menu, the waiter sarcastically looked at his watch, walked away and send over another person. So the service at that restaurant was horrible! So much, we barely touched our food and walked out. We ended up going to the buffet again since Tony and Robert were amazing to us. I won’t be going back even if they paid me.
