 Released in August 2012, High Moon Studios’ Transformers: War for Cybertron and it's successor, Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is often considered as the best Transformer games by its community. Unfortunately, Hasbro’s contract with Activision to publish Transformers games has expired in January 2018. As a result, War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron was removed from all digital stores and multiplayer has gone extremely inactive due to the lack of new players. We Transformers fans have been loving this game since its release and seeing it slowly die is heartbreaking. On the PC version, there have been only 45 players at peak during the whole month of August. On average, less than 30 people play it a day. One Xbox one you can rarely find a full match. These numbers will keep decreasing until there's no one left. This is a huge misfortune as I have witnessed countless people who have wanted to buy and play this amazing game. I understand that renewing a contract may require lots of money but I believe that this game is capable of selling to this day even with its age since Highmoon Studios really outdid themselves. If the game was restored back onto the online stores such as Steam, PSN, and the Microsoft Store the player base would be restored and Transformers may become as popular as ever within the game industry. I call upon all Transformers Fans all over the world; no matter what platform you play on; help us save the game from its demise!
