Link Email Account

Let’s say you want to add an email account so you can easily access messages sent to that address. In Windows 10 or 11, go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts. Click Add account.

How to Add a Second Gmail Account Using the Gmail App

To add a Gmail account to iPhone using the Gmail app, simply tap on your user icon, select Add another account, and input your login information.

1. Open the Gmail app on your iPhone.
   
   
   

2. Tap your user icon on the top right corner.
   
   
   

3. Tap Add another account.
   
   
   

4. Tap Google.
   
   
   

5. Then, select Continue to confirm that you want to add a Gmail account.

How to Add a Second Gmail Account Using the Apple Mail App

To add a second Gmail to your iPhone in the iOS Mail app, just go to Passwords & Accounts within your Settings, tap on Add Account, and enter your login information.

4. Tap Add Account.

6. Then, tap Continue when the pop-up asks to sign in.
