The different benefits that are given to us are amazing and I could have never gotten these with another company at this entry level. Cons: I honestly hate the long hours pulled each day. Many have agreed that we would have appreciated a five day 8 1/2 work scheduled compared to our 4 day 10 1/2 work schedule.
