need a room at the main pool and near the lobby but she wouldn’t give me one. I was there mostly to swim in the hotel pool. The pool near my room was always closed and not tended to. I had to keep walking back and forth in heat and humidity and when needed a ride from the building to the lobby or the pool would have to wait sometimes up to 15 minutes still in the heat and high humidity. was not serviced from a previous guest. We didn't get settled into our room until about 7:00pm. Very disappointed!!! A day waisted......... Stayed 6 nights in Aug 2022 Does Hilton Tuscany Village have a shuttle to Disney World?The resort does offer shuttle transportation to the Walt Disney World Transportation Center for $10 roundtrip per person. From the transportation center you can get a Disney monorail or bus to the other Walt Disney World parks and resorts.
