Acqua Di Gio used to be my absolute favorite cologne. A little over a decade ago I used this cologne on a regular basis and absolutely loved it. I bought the cheap 0.5 ounce to rekindle the nostalgic flame but I was a little disapointed. It seems like I have to spray myself around 8 or 9 times just to match 3 or 4 sprays back in the day. The scent is still good but not good enough for the price. I will not buy again.

My dad wears the cologne and I've been wanting to get it.. so I finally did. I drive a truck and get to sweating and all that good stuff.. do I can still smell it on me after a 12 to 14 a day.. it's a bit stout when you first put it on.. but it lays back some after a few minutes

Acqua Di Gio has been my favorite cologne for years now. I recieve so many compliments on the smell. It has a lovely citrus scent, that is not too bold and overpowering. I love it as an alternative to many of the musky, woodsy scents that us men are often stuck with.
While I plan to wear it year round, that this cologne gives off, is definitely summer. Just smelling it on myself throughout the day, is pleasant. As far as the effect on others, I hate to sound like a cliche commercial, but ADG will absolutely give you an edge in your dating life. I would be so bold as to say this is the way women want men to smell. If you have a significant other, the odds are high that they will love the way you smell with this cologne.
Acqua Di Gio beats out most other colognes in its price range, easily. I would say it is worth testing out some others to see if something else is more your style, but you really can not go wrong here. If one were looking to give someone else a cologne as a gift, you could go with Acqua Di Gio with complete confidence.

With a citrus note about it, this cologne leaves you feeling refreshed. The scent can be overwhelming at first , tones down shortly afterwards. Pricey? Yes, it is expensive, all really good things are.
