Mazda shuffles trim levels continuously. They seem to be dropping Bose and XM from the middle trims and adding a sunroof from what I recall from the Mazda3 and CX-30. I'm showing my age, but I wish they would still offer the CD player.I think both should be standard equipment on ALL models. Yeah that's one of those things you *could* through your phone but it's not really ideal. I wonder if not too many people subscribe anymore and they just decided it's not worth the cost of putting the hardware in or what. Kinda the opposite of what they're doing with the nav systems. That's a bummer. I got hooked on the XM in my Mazda3 and have been using it for the last few years in my Sonata too. Although since I've been working from home for the last 9 months I don't get much time to listen anymore. Streaming it seems ok but boy it sure is a lot easier doing it right on the radio. I know it doesn't make sense economically but I wish they'd have more options available on different trim lines. My 2015 Mazda3 Touring was perfect for me with the Preferred Package.
