First they copied my email address wrong so I spent days on the phone trying to get my tickets to the show (I double checked, I sent them the correct address in an email as requested). Then I was sent bus tickets for the city of Miami, we were in NYC, so another day on the phone so I was unable to even use the bus tickets. The Radio City show itself was great so that's the only reason my review got any stars. I will never book through this company again. I spent more time on my vacation stressing about tickets than enjoying myself.
