Bissell stinks!!!

I actually love this steam mop however I’m incredibly disgusted by Bissell customer service. I bought my steamer in February 2017 along with a 2 year protection plan and today the cap broke off the water tank. I called the protection plan and they stated it is still under manufacturing warranty. I c...

(I'd sleep with this thing if my wife wouldn't get jealous!)

Hi. I'm an artist. Which means I don't earn much... but all the chores of a house husband. I don't mind most chores. I do windows, despise dusting, and resent mopping. But you have to mop the porcelain floors or you can't invite guests over. It took a long time for me to figure out how to mop proper...

Whoa! This did the trick!

I just put the Bissell steam mop through its paces and I'm moved to write a scintillating review. It arrived today and took all of five minutes to assemble. So simple a caveman can do it. I followed the directions (note to other dissatisfied reviewers) to the letter. Filled the reservoir with distil...

I hate mopping

Yet I love using this steam mop. I’ve peaked in my señora status with how happy I was to finally purchase and receive this steam mop. Don't waste your money or time

So I bought this originally in December of 2015 within the first year the product stopped working and I contacted Bissell and they sent me a replacement. Now less than 12 months later the replacement had become defective in the exact same way as the original. I contact Bissell and they would want to...

Should have bought this years ago

Love this product. We have ceramic tile plus wood laminate flooring and this does a beautiful job cleaning both, much better than a regular Mop. The scrub brush on the back is good for getting grime out of grooves in the tile pattern, but I do have to push down on it with my toe to scour a bit. I lo...

Average Cleaner

I bought this steam mop in January 2016. I chose the Bissell after having went through 3 Shark mops in a 5 year period. Pros: The Bissell has experienced no degradation in function from the day I purchased it 2 years ago, I like the fact that it stands up on its own without having to lean it against...
