  To all veterans older and young, up until five years ago I did not think I qualified for VA Health care. I was in the Army for a very short time towards the end of the Vietnam era due to a health condition already present at the time of induction.Due to this situation I was released from military service with a Honorable Discharge and not a medical discharge, so I assumed I did not qualify all these years for the VA healthcare.The private sector healthcare was OK but definitely not what it should have been. • 29th September 2020 a visit at Rancho Cucamonga. Dr. Mitra is the doctor I saw today as soon as she came into the examination room I felt as though he was fearful. she came into the room introduced herself she stood on the opposite side of the examination room behind the examination bed ask me questions verify who I was the entire examination lasted about 7 minutes she walked over with her a stethoscope and examine my breathing and rolled her fingers down my spine until she arrived in my lower back which was extremely painful then she rushed back to her location on the opposite side of the room and I felt that she could not wait to get out of there. • Dr Chong, nurses and staff are all friendly, helpful and professional. This also extends to the people in the lab. The people who take your calls are always helpful and thorough as well. After reading some of the other reviews I think some unhappy people just have an "axe to grind".

"This place is horrible. I just called to simply establish my care again and the women I spoke to seemed extremely uninterested and also kept cutting me off as I tried to speak. I also was informing her about a lump I felt on my right breast. She laughed and said that she’s a women who’s has had a lump for over 2 years and that as a man I shouldn’t worry. Not sure how that makes sense and that wasn’t something I wanted to be told as I find a lump in my breast. NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE EVER. Horrible customer service with no regard towards those they are service. Be better. I am not going to be silent about this complaint."

"Dr Chong is really good new dr. For me was with rancho clinic since before the move to new facilty. Who ever does appointment scheduling I don't know if it was Nurse or staff but did not seem to interested and very dismissive of my situation of my blood meds. As I was in emergency with blood pressure so high I thought I was having a heart attack. Asked her questions for heart stress test said oh very how should I say like not interested and said they will call you I felt helpless and like Was bothering her as she cut me off mid sentence. So new facility lacks that caring feeling very sad does not help my severe ptsd."

"Doesnt care about Veterans, no longer has a phone number that can be reached by patients. You now have to go through the VA loma linda call center, only to be told that you cannot even be transferred to someone who works in the same building as your doctor. you can only leave a message and hope against hope to get a call back. last time i waited 5 hours only to have to call again."
