    Purchased this for my 2012 BMW 328i xDrive and heard a warning sound coming from the housing after 5 months - as if the oil pump was working so hard it was going to give up. I opened the housing to see what was going on and , long behold, it looked as if the filter had been manually wrung out. Needless to say, I immediately replaced it with a different brand.

    Bottom Line not recommended

    It fits but it's not strong enough, within 5 minutes of engine running, the paper blades had already mushed together. I returned and bought the Mann filter and it works better.
