Choosing the right coverage with benefits and rates that meet your family's healthcare needs is important. For your best healthcare options, make the decision to "Depend on Blue." We offer a Standard Option and Basic Option.

For more information on these options, please visit www.fepblue.org.

Federal DentalBlue

When you choose Standard Option medical coverage you are eligible to enroll in the Federal DentalBlue Standard Option. Basic Option medical coverage enrollees are eligible to enroll in the Federal DentalBlue Basic Option. Coverage under both options supplement the limited benefits provided through the two health coverage options.

Your Federal DentalBlue coverage election should reflect the same plan option (i.e. Standard or Basic) and type of enrollment (i.e. Self Only, Self Plus One or Self and Family) as your BCBS Federal Employee Health Benefit (FEHB) Plan.
