Pros: Clean and great staff
Unsafe. Poor management. See flooded...
Cons: Understaffed. When bathroom in #302 flooded b/c faulty sprinkler system cin middle of night, front desk did not answer after repeated calls. I walked downstairs to find help. I was told to “wait my turn due to check-ins ahead of me”, no maintenance staff, and “clerk was only one in duty”. If a fire, break in or life-threatening event occurred —-management is not prepared to provide safety. At midnight my 82 year old husband with broken foot and I moved ourselves to #416. “one person on duty could not assist”Four attempts to contact Preet (owner) failed over 3 weeks. Not even an apology nor courtesy of a reply.

Pros: very friendly staff; courteous and accommodating. Welcoming at the front desk, and housekeeping staff very friendly in passing - a pleasant change from a lot of hotels. The room was very clean.
Cons: it was cold outside and our room had no heat. Thankfully we had a little portable heater in the car, as we were on a road trip and had been camping. We had to ask again the next day to have the heat repaired. In addition, the security lock on our door did not work.

Cons: Bed was hard and old springs in the mattress (squeaky), light out in the bathroom, no attention to details when it came to cleaning (several spots of dirt in the bathroom not.swept) repairs to damaged walls were poorly done, the hotel is in need of several cosmetic repairs. We rented 2 rooms and one room wasn't cleaned properly. Around the toilet was gross, tile baseboard was off, counter near microwave was left unclean. We had just spent 12 hours at Busch Gardens and didn't get to our rooms until really late staying one night so we just wanted to get to sleep.

Country Inns & Suites is a chain of hotels under Carlson Hotels, which caters to guests who are looking for upper-midscale accommodations. Due to some ownership changes, the hotel brand is now among the hotels owned by Radisson.
One of the factors for the name change is in order to acquire global strength and recognition, which should further improve the hotel’s brand. Throughout the two quarters of 2018, this hotel chain has made changes including new visual identity, improving the company logo and renewing the hotel collateral and marketing strategies.

Unsafe. Poor management. See flooded...
Cons: Understaffed. When bathroom in #302 flooded b/c faulty sprinkler system cin middle of night, front desk did not answer after repeated calls. I walked downstairs to find help. I was told to “wait my turn due to check-ins ahead of me”, no maintenance staff, and “clerk was only one in duty”. If a fire, break in or life-threatening event occurred —-management is not prepared to provide safety. At midnight my 82 year old husband with broken foot and I moved ourselves to #416. “one person on duty could not assist”Four attempts to contact Preet (owner) failed over 3 weeks. Not even an apology nor courtesy of a reply.

Pros: the staff was exceptional. not going to speak about the hotel or room to much because for what I paid, you get what you pay for

Pros: very friendly staff; courteous and accommodating. Welcoming at the front desk, and housekeeping staff very friendly in passing - a pleasant change from a lot of hotels. The room was very clean.
Cons: it was cold outside and our room had no heat. Thankfully we had a little portable heater in the car, as we were on a road trip and had been camping. We had to ask again the next day to have the heat repaired. In addition, the security lock on our door did not work.

Cons: Bed was hard and old springs in the mattress (squeaky), light out in the bathroom, no attention to details when it came to cleaning (several spots of dirt in the bathroom not.swept) repairs to damaged walls were poorly done, the hotel is in need of several cosmetic repairs. We rented 2 rooms and one room wasn't cleaned properly. Around the toilet was gross, tile baseboard was off, counter near microwave was left unclean. We had just spent 12 hours at Busch Gardens and didn't get to our rooms until really late staying one night so we just wanted to get to sleep.
