    OPERATING YOUR WINE REFRIGERATOR It is recommended that you keep the wine refrigerator in a place where the ambient temperature is below 75°F. If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended temperature, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperature to fluctuate. The range of setting temperature may not be reached.

    CARE AND MAINTENANCE Cleaning Your Wine Refrigerator Unplug the wine refrigerator and remove the bottles. Wash the inside with a warm water and baking soda solution. The solution should be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water. The outside of the wine refrigerator should be cleaned with mild detergent and warm water. Unscrew the water box at the bottom, and wash it.

How do you adjust the temperature on a wine enthusiast refrigerator?

The wine cellar can be set to any temperature between 41° and 64°F to accommodate your wine storage requirements. To set the temperature, press the button above the + or - icons to increase or decrease the temperature setting until the desired temperature is attained. It may take some time to reach the set temperature.

How do you unlock the Wine Enthusiast fridge?

Located on the back wall of your wine cellar, Turn counterclockwise to unlock, then remove. Replace with a new filter and turn clockwise to lock in place.

Why is my wine enthusiast fridge not cooling?

Inspect the evaporator for any debris or dust and inspect the evaporator's fan unit to ensure it is free of dust or debris. If ice has built upon the evaporator, unplug the wine cooler and let the ice melt. Clean any visible dirt, debris, or dust and ensure no visible obstructions.

How do I lower the temperature on my wine cooler?

Use the button with a triangle pointed up to raise the temperature in 1-degree increments. Use the button with a triangle pointed down to lower the temperature in 1-degree increments. If you own a single zone wine cooler, only 1 temperature will be displayed.
