Firmware build numbers for the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge upcoming Android 7.0 Nougat update has already been leaked. It’s being reported that Galaxy S6/S6 edge nougat firmware will release with G920FXXS5DPK7 & G925FXXS5DPK7 firmware build numbers. Earlier this month, Samsung rolled out Android 7.0 Nougat beta for the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge under the Galaxy Beta program. And once the Korean manufacturer
is done testing the beta release, the update will graduate to a stable release and roll out for all S7 users worldover. If you’re someone like us, who doesn’t go without a rooted Android phone. Chances are you’re already thinking about rooting possibilities on Galaxy S6 once the Android 7.0 Nougat update is out. Well, good news for you, the Android 7.0 builds by Samsung are easily rootable with Chainfire’s SuperSU zip. We have tested SuperSU root on the Galaxy S7
Nougat beta update and it works flawlessly. All you gotta do is download the latest SuperSU zip and flash it via TWRP recovery. Requirements: Your Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge SM-G925F should have at least 30-40 percent of battery to perform the rooting process.

How to root Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge G925F (XXU5EQCK Android 7.0 Nougat)
- First of all, download the above-mentioned file on your PC.
- Connect your device to your PC via USB cable.
- Copy/paste the SuperSU zip file to your SD card or internal storage root folder.
- Turn off your device and boot it into Recovery mode.
- In TWRP recovery menu, scroll down to select “flash zip from SD card” by pressing the power button.
- Now press the power button again to select “Choose zip from SD card”.
- Using volume keys navigate to the SuperSU zip file and then select it by using the power button. Confirm the installation to start it.
- After you complete the installation, go to “+++++Go Back” and then reboot your device by selecting “reboot system now”.
