delivery was on time that was a 5 star. however, 3 star for improper shipping. since this item is high dollar value, item should have been shipped via a box not a plastic bag. the MK bag has crease damage from not being protected. wife still loves bag. however me the husband disappointed with Amazon's method of shipping high dollar items in unprotected shipping containers.

Nothing like the picture.Expected a large tote bag,got a small handbag.Wrapped well but looked shop soiled and old to me.Deffinately not worth the money.Returned.
