Pros:Location was great. Maids came every day. Nice price

Cons:Tub didn’t drain properly so we stood in water while taking a shower. No channel guide for the tv. Parking was hard to find if you got back late

Cons:Was not very clean and when we requested some things it took forever to get them.

Pros:The hotel is really close to Disney Springs and all the Disney parks. It was clean, quite, breakfast was good but is additional to your room rate. Place is clean and good parking. Have a lot of restaurants near by.

Cons:The bathroom sink was clogged and was not draining properly.

Cons:The refrigerator did not work and the front desks response was "ok ill let someone know". We have a young child with allergies and he drinks special milk, which we had to keep on ice. It was good we were only there for a night.

Pros:-Location to Disney Parks

Cons:-Gave me a room that was already occupied. (Biggest issue! Another person's luggage was in there, IPad was on the bed - luckily the occupants weren't there or that would have been awkward! I trust when I stay in hotels that my room is secure, not at this Marriott.) -Put me in a "suite" to make up for the mix up (it didn't) that smelled of cigarettes, had stains on the couch, broken TV in the bedroom, and hairs between the sheets. -"Hot tub" was slightly warmer than the pool -Was bothered twice while I was sleeping. First time was to ask if my car lights were on (I put the parking pass in my car that they gave, they should know it wasn't mine and not sure why they would assume it was mine if the car didn't have a pass) and a second time to give me extra towels I did not ask for.

Pros:I like the hotel overall. It was clean the pools were clean, good breakfast, and good service. I would stay there again!

Cons:Ants were in both rooms. Older hotel iwas fine with me but unwanted guests were not.

Cons:There was always a lot of people in the courtyard so with our room located off the courtyard it was always very loud.

Pros:The location was good, but we knew that because we had stayed in that same vicinity at other hotels before

Cons:We reserved a King bed and we were given two double beds, which wasn't going to work for us. The staff were very nice and tried to accommodate but the only King bed that they had available was one the first floor facing the parking lot. The room smelled musky and there was definitely a chemical smell that tried to cover it, so that wasn't good, but what was bad is there the window next to your bed was overlooking the parking lot and you heard noise every time that someone got into their car or parked their car (when they activate the car alarm), which woke us up on both days that we were there.

Pros:Room service was good. Front desk lady was very helpful.

Cons:Bed sheet was very poor. Room had water damage painted over. We got rashes from sleeping on the bed. Shower did not drain quickly. But it was fixed eventually. Overall, I think it was poor/ok experience.
