I wanted to give this 5 stars but hit the wrong button and couldn't changed it. I cooked this the other night for my partner, his brother, brotherinlaw and son. I was a little concerned because the recipe was so easy and though it would lack favour. I should not have worried it was delicious and was demolished by everyone. Im cooking it tonight for my son, so he can have leftovers for meals and cuts for lunch. Thanks

Please disregard that first rating. This is a 5 star, the mistake was mine. I made this dish yesterday and it was delicious for such a simple recipe. I made it with a side dish of mash potatoes and spinach, I also made a gravy from the liquid of the brisket. I made white rice for my partner. This brisket was so tender and juicy I prepared as stated and it was awesome. I will make it again because I loved it as well as my partner. It was awesome and I recommend it

I made this in my crock pot for the very first time and followed the directions. I was not sure how it was going to turn out, but to my surprise, it was perfect and incredibly tender. The best brisket recipe ever! Thank you Martha Stewart!! Excellent dish!

I made this dish tonight for my family, my husband and I loved this meal... never made a beef brisket this way before. I tweaked the recipe a little bit for our likings. I used a 32oz container of chicken stock with a 3.5lb brisket, cooked for 5 hours and then took meat of crockpot and made gravy with stock to put over meat. I made cabbage cooked in butter for a side. DELICIOUS!!! Meat was like butter does not need gravy but we are a gravy family. Will be making this again!!!

One of the most iconic The holiday season color combination is obviously reddish colored and also environmentally friendly, although both of these hues can also be extremely stunning independently or blended with some other colors. www.highprbacklinkbuilder.com

I'm making it right now, so this isn't a review. Instead, I have a question. The liquid doesn't cover the meat. Is that okay? Or should I add enough liquid to cover it?

I was looking for a slow cooker brisket recipe and was worried this one was too simple. Sometimes less is more!! Followed the recipe to a tee - with one exception. I cooked a 2.25 lb brisket on low for about 6-7 hours. The result was the most tender brisket my bf and I have ever eaten. One criticism - it was a little salty, although I may have been too liberal with the kosher salt. We had the leftovers the next day, and it was even better. Used a kosher Angus brisket from Trader Joe's.

My Slow Cooker Beef Brisket is a juicy, tender, and easy brisket recipe you can make with just 5 minutes of prep! Set it in the morning and by dinner it's ready to slice and serve. Perfection! Brisket is one of my favorite cuts of beef to prepare for my family. There is nothing like a plate of tender beef brisket for a BBQ or special occasions like Father's Day. If you're not sure how to cook beef brisket, let me be the one to tell you slow cooker beef brisket is one of the easiest ways to prepare it. All you do is season the beef, place it in the slow cooker, and let it cook on its own low and slow in the crockpot. Cooking beef brisket meat in the
slow cooker really is that easy. I'll show you how, step-by-step! I tried it! It came out delicious 🤤 will definitely do this more often. At my house, it is a toss-up between this recipe and my dutch oven pot roast as a favorite in the winter! It was most excellent❗️👍🤓 What is brisket? Brisket is cut from the lower chest area of the cow. It is an inexpensive, boneless cut of beef that starts out tough but becomes fork-tender when braised, smoked, or slow cooked all day in the crock pot. Brisket is perfect for
slow cooking, and unique. After hours of slow cooking, it's very tender but can still be cut into slices, where other cuts of beef will fall apart. Of course, the slices are so tender, you can shred them easily if you like. Is beef brisket the same thing as corned beef? Beef brisket and corned beef are from the same brisket cut of beef, but corned beef is brine-cured. The two taste very different because of this
brining process. Can you freeze beef brisket? Yes. Allow your brisket to cool completely in the liquid from the slow cooker, then cut into slices. Freeze for about 3 hours in a layer of slices on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag. Label with the freezing date and store for up to 3 months. Also, a must-try is my amazingly juicy

Slow Cooker Beef Brisket
Recipe
In a bowl, add salt and pepper, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix to combine.
Drain most of the juices from the bag of corned beef brisket into the sink. Add 1 cup of water to the slow cooker. Place the brisket in the slow cooker, fat side up.
Season the brisket with the seasoning mixture, then set the crock pot to low heat and the timer for 8 hours.
Once 8 hours is up, remove, serve, and enjoy! Slice against the grain for best results.
- Make the brisket one to two days ahead of time for the tastiest beef brisket! Store in the refrigerator in a baking dish covered in plastic wrap until ready to use. Then, remove the plastic wrap, cover the dish with two sheets of foil, and place in the oven at 325°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
- You can freeze brisket. Allow your brisket to cool completely in the liquid from the slow cooker, then cut into slices. Freeze for about 3 hours in a layer of slices on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag. Label with the freezing date and store for up to 3 months.
- Don't trim the fat. Let the brisket cook with the fat for the most tender beef.
