Although you can't cancel your subscription in the Prime Video app, you can say goodbye in the Amazon Shopping app for Android or iOS. To cancel an Amazon Prime subscription in the Amazon Shopping app, open the app and follow these steps:

1. Open the Amazon app on your phone or tablet.
2. In the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, tap the Profile icon to open the Profile page.

For the sake of this guide, we'll focus on the cancelation process in a desktop browser.

1. Log into the Amazon Prime account you wish to cancel on your desktop browser.
2. Click the button with your name in it next to the search bar.
3. Under the Your Account side of the dropdown menu, select Account to go to the Your Account page. Here, you'll see your account summary.

4. Click the Prime button on the right side of the page to go to the Prime Central page.
