Organizers plan for 300 vehicles at Saturday’s, Aug. 27, 36th annual Hot August Nights Show & Shine
in downtown Lewiston, preceded by the traditional Friday night cruise.
The show runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Main Street, followed from 3-4 p.m. by trophy presentations at Brackenbury Square.
The Friday Night VIP Cruise starts at 7 p.m. and opens to those with passes at 8:30, concluding at 10 p.m.
Registration is free for tonight’s, Aug. 25, Rogers Toyota 26th annual Show & Shine, set for 3-8 p.m. at 2203 16th Ave., in Lewiston. Cars can start arriving at 10 a.m.
Trophies will be awarded for people's choice car and motorcycle, and the winners’ vehicles will be pictured on next year’s event shirt.
Participants in Saturday’s Show & Shine can pick up packets at the Thursday event between 1-6 p.m.
Not officially billed as a Hot August Nights event, but coinciding with the weekend’s events, a concert by country artist Eric Paslay is set for 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, at Boomers’ Garden.
