I like that it was close to the airport. I was very unimpressed with the staff interaction, seemed occupied to the point of ignoring and very unprofessional in interacting freely with guest.

In general, the hotel was what I expected for the price. Some nice updates have been made, but new carpet would be an improvement as well. It was hard to spot the elevator. A sign that could be seen down the hall would have been helpful. The suite had a good layout and was clean. It would have been nice to have bathroom glasses. The hair dryer was appreciated. Great shower and shower head (new I believe). There were no utensils, dishes or napkins in the kitchenet. Overall, my stay was relaxing and comfortable.

My room was on the first floor that is very noisy 24 hours a day. Next door to my room, there was an empty room that workers was working on until after 9:30pm. I phoned the front desk, and they contacted them, and it stopped. But again, it was almost impossible to sleep due to the high traffic on the first floor. I was told the rooms were all booked, I couldn't change rooms. During the night while trying to watch television due to the thunderstorm and rain the satellite went out almost the balance of the evening. The next day I explained my situation to the manager, and they gave me and my husband a breakfast voucher that we did use, and a drink voucher we did not use.

The property appears online to be great, however breakfast is not included with your stay, there are so many people acting foolish throughout the night running and screaming up and down the hallways, having large parties with their own radios in the lobby at 2am and the police that stay on the property 24/7 don't do anything about it. Be sure when you check in that they activate your card for the parking lot gate, it took us 4 times to visit the desk before they finally did it. There was no information provided at check in and I had to ask several different people what time check out was and got multiple answers, as well as being told that breakfast was included only to turn around and be charged $50 for my family to eat breakfast there. We will not be staying here again.
