call twice and was on hold 30mins. They will try to get you to sign up for a vacation club presentation by giving you $200 in food vouchers and half off fun passes. The presentation lasted 2 hours and 20 min and if I had to do it again I would tell them to keep the food vouchers and take my time back. Stayed 4 nights in Sep 20222/5 Poor

I have the habit of cleaning a room before use. I usually look for any dirty stains whilst I clean. Let me tell y’all I could NOT find any dirt. Every time I use the disinfecting wipes, it was WHITE. I was amazed! That was my experience. The rooms where thoroughly cleaned. I loved this hotel. Amenities are okay. It has a lot of things for kids to do. They supply you with everything you may need!
