They can cancelled my reservation because my card on file with Expedia, the one I reserved the room with, was expired. I feel like someone could have contacted me instead of just cancelling the reservation. Very strange! They still had a room to sell us but it was at a higher price than what I booked it for on Expedia. Just seems kind of shady. The Lady at the desk was very nice but I think there should have been a better policy in place for a situation like this. They were clearly not very busy; there were only a few cars in the lot, so it wasn't like someone else was waiting for our room.

Not sure if it’s just our room but the a/c unit makes really loud noise when it’s on. Make sure to check it when you check in.

Floors were disgusting, people partying in their rooms at 2 am and no one from the hotel did anything about it. Never again

After a long drive we were met by Chenetta on the front desk and her smile lit up the lobby. She was sweet, efficient and knowledgeable with regards to the hotel. Her customer service is fantastic.

The mini fridge didn't work. Had it switched and that one didn't work either. There were 2 doors that slammed and kept us up. When suggested to fix, they said management was aware. Staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was good.

My room had stink bugs and lady bugs in the pillow cases and lady bugs on the walls and ceiling.

I am a Hilton Honors member but did not have my number at check-in. I got my number and went to the clerk to have it recorded. I was told that this could don't be done. If you are a Hilton Honors member there is a better internet package. You can create an account but not log into an existing account and as a result I was not awarded this benefit.

The staff were amazing. Everyone that we saw during our stay was so friendly. The property was very clean, beds were comfortable and the room was more spacious than I expected. Would stay again if needing a room in the area.
