It was a fine experience with Fisher and Paykel. I will recommend them to a friend.

We purchased a washer and dryer from Fisher & Paykel. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law have the dish washer. We knew they were much more quality products, so that's why we decided to try them. When we first got them, the washer did not work from the day we got it. But they came and fixed that. They came and replaced it right away. I would definitely recommend them.

My washer went out and the guy that came to repair it recommended Fisher & Paykel. It's easy to use. It don't breakdown easily.

This fridge caused only problem for me... broke in 2011, my new kitchen cabinet were damage and after sending all documents, Fisher said to me to send the invoice to them when the work is done but not guaranteed that they will pay... to be continued. And have another problem with it, plastic in door hinge always broke, even if we close door very gently. I'm really not happy with my purchase. I had 2 refrigerator in 30 years and this one will be changed very soon because it's only causing problem to me. Very nice looking, very nice for space inside but the rest, for the price I've paid....not worth it. Customer service in Quebec is very very poor.

This is one of the most impressive refrigerators. High tech features. But also, its overall format does not waste unnecessary spaces, thus being less bulkier. It holds a lot of items. One constructive criticism: the ice container on the side is not quite user-friendly (though I don't know how to improve it).

The washer is quiet and convenient. We are able to run two loads at the same time, but with different cycles. The drawers are great also because we can do smaller loads of dishes and while one drawer is running we can fill the other. Another great feature is the stainless steal finish - it doesn't mark. You can literally rub your hands all over it and it won't mark. Friends of ours have a Bosch - nice washer but it always looks dirty because of fingerprints all over it. (They have kids.) My parents also have a Bosch and they have to clean it once per week or so. Our unit is DD24DDFX7. Highly recommended!

Aquasmart Washer and Aerosmart Dryer - These are wonderful appliances. Both are efficient and inexpensive to use, though a bit noisy. But the upside is, they let you know immediately, with various beeps, when things need readjusting inside. They are fairly compact and fit in the smallish laundry room nicely. The clothes come out beautifully clean and not beat-up.

This is our 2nd DishDrawer Dishwasher from Fisher Paykel, and it works great. Smooth, quiet operation where you don't even know it's on. Dishes come out clean with no problems. This is one of two dishwashers in our house and it is used for smaller loads or overfill from our main dishwasher. Easy self-installation. Would recommend it to anyone. Received an additional 2 years parts and labor warranty from Fisher Paykel as a promotion for a total of 3 years.

I have the 2 drawer dishwasher and absolutely love it. It took me about a month to retrain my loading habits, but once I did I really think it's great!

Excellent service, prompt delivery and good follow up of satisfaction. I like the stove, just wish there was a self cleaner on the oven.

We bought a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher from Lowe's, the assumption was that it was standard dishwasher size for USA, but after installation there is a gap of 1.5 inches, see picture attached.

I currently own a Fisher & Payel washer and dryer and just bought my second dishwasher. I'm very happy with the products. My only complaint is the soap dispenser has two prongs inside it so if you use a powder cube and not the gel (which I don't like) you cannot get the soap powder cube in the holder. Poor design. Other than that I am really pleased with my FP appliances.

Refrigerator RF170DLUX4 - Excellent unit thus far. I've had it about three months. Seems well made, works as advertised. Lots of storage. Great looking. Quiet most of the time. Lots of compliments.

Fisher & Paykel Activesmart 16.9-cu ft French Door Counter-Depth - Very happy with the refrigerator. Like the quality. A few items would have been helpful: i.e., only one ice cube tray, no egg storage container and a couple of trays for the shelves would improve storage. Based on a premium product would have expected all the above included.

We remodeled last year and purchased a DCS refrigerator, rangetop and double oven after much research. The refrigerator is great! We love the space and the layout! The rangetop is wonderful - my first experience using gas, and I love it! Our ovens are a different story. After 6 months of use, one of our ovens stopped working properly. Since we live where there are no warranty repair available, DCS sent their regional person. He fixed the oven, but a week later, it quit working again. We are still waiting to hear back from him. Very disappointed in the oven. Hoping to resolve this as quickly as before.

I replaced a 12 year old F&P washer only because my daughter hit the machine with the car (in the garage). Looking forward to 12 more good years with the new machine (or more since we don't park in the garage anymore!).

I love the new Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. I love it because there are a lot of things I don't wash. It's nice to have the two different drawers. I could put a smaller load in the bottom or a bigger load in the top where in the past, I've either had to run the dishwasher with a really small load or I would have to wait until I filled up my dishwasher to wash everything. However, you can't get in some of the bigger things because of the way the inside is laid out. It's hard to get the dish soap in. You can't use the big box and have to put the soap in a smaller jar to pour it in but overall, I would not have gotten a different dishwasher.

I had Fisher & Paykel dishwasher and I bought a house that had one in it. I like it a lot. I really like the drawers too.

The Fisher & Paykel refrigerator was the right size for what I wanted to replace. Also my sister had the same one in Maryland and I really liked what she had. The one it replaced was a GE side-by-side that we had purchased in 1989 that works fine. I was just tired looking at it and it had one minor issue. I love the new refrigerator.

I bought a house in the southern part of Virginia and it had old appliances in it and the dishwasher failed. I went to a store that sold all the brands and we were taken by the drawer configuration. We thought that would work well on our kitchen and it has done. I like the fact that I can load pots and pans in the lower drawer and other stuff in the upper drawer and do them all at once. And it's just the easier loading feature. I think it's a wonderful machine. It washes dishes very well and I have only a few complaints. It's a little awkward getting used to the fact that there's only water coming from below, there's no upper wand so you have to be clever about how you put things in it. And the plastic piece which you grab to open it, both the upper and lower ones have cracked, so they're just not strong enough for the load that they have to put up with. Daily opening and closing. But outside of that, it's been wonderful.

I went to Warners' Stellian here in the Twin Cities. I asked what are my options for a 36-inch unit. I had no background on Fisher & Paykel. I got their 36-inch stove. It works, it heats up to temperature. The burners on top are a little bit more aggressive. I would have liked to have a different simmer burner than what I have on there but all things considered, I would give it a 9 out of 10. It is beautiful. I didn't buy it originally because of cost. It's truly a beautiful piece of equipment. I would definitely consider, it's a beautiful artistic design and it looks absolutely stunning in my kitchen. It was nineteen years before I got a kitchen remodel and it is a beautiful piece..

There's a glitch for some reason - if I start the burner on top, it can turn the oven off, I have to be real careful for that. I'm not sure why, I should probably check into it. But this is what I like the best out of it and I'll be honest with you - the oven heats to temperature PERFECTLY. And I have such a respect for that because that's what it's supposed to do. That's why you buy an oven! That Whirlpool took an hour to heat to 300 and you have to set it. You don't have enough paper to write my comments on that one.

I ran into it going online and looking for a counter depth refrigerator and that's when I ran into Fisher & Paykel. I chose them primarily because they were the only one that actually had the depth that I wanted. Other people called 'em counter depth refrigerators but they really weren't. I have the 17 cubic foot refrigerator with the ice drawer at the bottom and two doors at the front. We pretty much like everything about it. My favorite thing about it was that it only sticks out four inches past the counter and it performs as well if not better, I would say. The only problem I've had is with the sliding drawer. It's come off the track a couple times. The service people have been able to get it back on and I think I know how to do it myself now.

I love the quietness of the Fisher & Payker washer. I had heard about them from my brother and I purchased a washer and dryer. We compared them to the LG and my brother has great reviews on how quiet it was and when it came down to it, the sales person said that it was just a little bit above the line than the LG. We thought we'd give it a try because we like the idea of it being a quiet experience. This was the first one I've had without the agitator so it is different and I'm still getting used to what setting to use so that it does not wrinkle the clothes so much. We like it so far. I’m getting used to it taking a longer cycle. There is this minor thing. I wish the beeper was louder. I've got it up to the maximum beep but it’s so quiet I can’t hear it in the other room. I'd recommend to anybody to give it a try.

We were looking at the appliances at the store and the size of the Fisher & Paykel was convenient for us because we had a special place to put it in. We're very happy about it. I like it so far. It's very nice. I love the way it washes and removes stains. The one that I had before was 25 years old so I didn't have the gentle cycle and all those other options.

I needed a new fridge and I found a Fisher & Paykel fridge with a design that I love. It's been a year and a half now. I like that it's big and there's a lot of space inside. It's performing well and the only problem I have is the water machine and the temperature control which is not working. It's not under guarantee so I'm trying to see what my other options are. It's a good fridge, if I fix the little problem, it will be perfect.

We purchased our first DCS products when we built our dream home. My husband and I enjoy cooking and our enjoyment has increased with our new cooktop and BBQ.
