We can understand that you are looking at this option likely because you do not have water point in your office. We also understand that it could be quite confusing and time consuming to source and differentate vendors like us and vendors who does the bottled water delivery service.

This is how they work. They usually provide rental of hot & cold water dispenser payable per month on top of deposit for the dispenser. Then there is a minimum number of bottles per order. And each bottle is at a charge. There is also a deposit of a certain amount for each bottle as they will want you to keep the bottles for re-use.
