It is time that we say good bye to our well loved and cared for Newmar London Aire 4519- 600 HP ISX Cummins - built on the Freightliner chassis, Only 15.700 miles- A full wall slide and 2 other slide outs, Bath in a half floor plan, This Coach is all electric, Very warm colors inside, Mystic Décor, Wicker Glaze Maple Cabinets, We added the desk dinette table with the computer station, this allows you to have your little office space in one place and all organized. All tile floors though out, There is electric heat below the tiles, All multiplex lighting, The kitchen has a induction cook top and a convection microwave along with a dishwasher that is built into a drawer, Double stainless sinks with covers, Residential refer with Ice and water on door.Pantry has extra wide and deep slide out shelves and lights come on when opened. There is tons of storage and counter space in the kithen for the chief to prepare a meal for a king! Beautiful back splash tile with accent lighting, Whirlpool stacked washer and dryer, Central Vacuum. Residential style toilets we added a sprayer to the toilet in the main bath area. King Bed with sleep number and a premier air mattress. All MCD shades are electric day and night. Soft LED lighting through out the coach.Rear bath has his and her sinks, Very large all tiled shower with true glass doors- pull down shower seat.Rear cedar closet has built in shevles and a nicely sized shoe compartments- Wife loves her shoes! Built in safe and room for lots of hanging clothes. The light colors inside the motor home are so inviting and the polished porcelain floors are so rich looking that you will know from the minute you step into this quality built motor home that's it is a Newmar! Outside Dometic 3.77 size freezer on a slide out tray. All underneath compartments slide trays are electric -Makes it very nice to load and unload items. We have just put All new batteries in last week. Tires are in excellent condition. The coach has a awesome ride and not a sound of any noise. No scratches or dents .Wingard Rayzar 40B and SKM 300 also has satellite. Girard awning package with electric window awnings.Key less entry with touch pad-, exterior 40' TV, Steerable tag axle, 50 amp cord on a power reel, 12 watt Generator- low hours, Stainless trim on baggage doors- RV sanicon system-Solar Prep 6 gauges wire-HWH leveling jacks -15K tow hitch- (3) 15M Penguin Heat Pump cental Air Conditioners with Remote Control- Side Cameras and Navigation - Comfort Drive, Driver and passenger front seats are electric both have foot rest and are heated. I can go on and on and still have items to list. The options on this coach were over $55K alone.I will be happy to send the build sheet to you and more pictures if needed.
